ABOUT ANDEE
A graduate of Stanford University, Andee’s passion for baking began in the San Francisco Bay Area where she grew her successful career in human resources management. A global human resources director and later vice president, Andee balanced work life with creative time in the kitchen. When she wasn’t managing employee benefits or building compensation plans, Andee honed her baking skills. She keeps an “equal opportunity kitchen” plaque hanging in her home kitchen!
The Bay Area is where Andee started hosting Academy Award parties of Oscar-worthy performance. The dessert table became the “stage” where Andee’s desserts gained recognition. She continued the tradition for many years and entertained hundreds of friends.
“We love ‘Andees Petite Dessert’ creations… all of which start with love and fresh vanilla beans!”

GLOBAL TASTE. LOCAL FLAVOR.
Andees Petite Desserts originates in Blowing Rock, North Carolina where she calls home with her husband Ron. They claim bragging rights to Ron’s long history (40 years) of family-owned pastry shops in Manhattan and Queens. Ron’s talented father was an award-winning pastry chef born and trained in Germany.
Andee lived and worked on a kibbutz in Israel where she first experienced a true community kitchen. She picked grapefruit from the trees and avocados from the ground on the communal farm. Even in those formative years, Andee was quickly recognized for working hard and smart. They promoted her to work in the highly regarded shared kitchen with kibbutzniks where she developed her strong work ethic.
STAYING GROUNDED.
Of course, no home is complete without the joy of a dog and Andee and Ron’s home is no different thanks to their well-trained and ridiculously cute 11 1/2-year-old Pomapoo named Pumpkin.
