BAKLAVA

Layers of Phyllo dough brushed with clarified butter, sprinkled with finely chopped mixed nuts then rolled, baked and soaked in an organic wildflower honey syrup balanced with clove, cinnamon, and fresh squeezed orange & lemon juices.

 

DOUBLE-CHOCOLATE DIPPED BISCOTTI

A twice-baked oblong-shaped cookie with specialty sugar, finely chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts or pecans), fresh vanilla bean, toasted anise seed and white and dark (or milk) Callebaut chocolate.

 

BROOKIE COOKIE

A gourmet cookie meets an espresso brownie in a single creation using specialty sugar, European-style cocoa powder and Callebaut chocolate chips—choose either White Chocolate Chip Salted Carmel Espresso or Creamy Peanut Butter Espresso.

 

VANILLA CHEESECAKE

A creamy vanilla cheesecake with shortbread and graham cracker crumb crust, Pepperidge Farm Chessmen, specialty sugar, fresh vanilla bean, cream cheese, whipping cream and locally-laid eggs.

 

RUGALACH PASTRIES

A light cream cheese dough layered with unique jam, specialty sugar, sprinkled with golden raisins soaked in liqueur, finely chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts or pecans), and organic ground cinnamon rolled into crescent shape.

 

SIGNATURE COOKIE(S)

Sizable sugar cookie with a cream cheese and butter dough, fresh lemon zest and topped with icing. Made to order (minimum quantity of 12) in several distinctive and seasonal shapes:
